Individual Coaching

Facing a role transition, tough feedback, or a work crisis? You need more than clichéd promises to "take you to the next level". We help you make the best decisions and de-risk potential outcomes through structured support that meets you exactly where you are. No "hidden secrets" or promises to "10x your potential". Consider us a pragmatic strategic ally that loves diving that one level deeper.

Option 1: Skill-Focused Development

Our Flywheel

From Challenge to Habit

Coaching is a flywheel. Starts with discomfort. Builds momentum. What once broke you becomes routine.

When it typically begins: When there's a gap. New role, unclear expectations. Performance feedback that stings. Team falling apart. That moment of "I can't keep doing this" is where we start.

What we do: Assess skills and self-awareness. Build both simultaneously. Practice new behaviors while unpacking why the old ones stuck. Each skill makes your insights actionable. Each insight makes your skills authentic.

Momentum builds. Discomfort threshold expands. You start looking for the next challenge.

Option 2: Situation-Focused Development

Job Loss

During this challenging time, having a solid support system in place to process what happened and thoughtfully plan the next steps is vital for moving forward. We offer discounted rates and flexible options for coaching specifically tailored for those in need of a little extra support during this transition period. Keep in mind that you may be able to deduct career coaching expenses from your taxes - speak to your tax accountant. No minimum engagement time required.

The Money Question

Financial Support from Your Organization

Professional Development Funding

Most companies have a professional development fund that can be used towards personal coaching and training. Once your company agrees to invest in you as a critical leader, we can provide invoices and directly charge a credit card. We can handle the admin directly with them. Your coaching remains 100% confidential. To receive funding, check in with your manager or HR Business Partner.

Career Transition Support

Onboarding

As part of a sign-on package, you can negotiate financial support for coaching during the first couple of months. That way, you'll have an immediate ally in your corner for a career transition into a new company, role, team, and function, so that you can confidently and decisively hit the ground running.

Offboarding

If your company has decided to part ways with you, that's always a bitter pill to swallow. While you are trying to wrap your head around what just happened, keep in mind that some companies offer career coaching support as part of their "offboarding package". Take advantage of what you can get in a situation that'll likely already be overwhelming and scary.

Investing in Yourself

If you choose to invest in yourself personally, we can accommodate payment schedules that fit your financial situation and preferences. Keep in mind that coaching can be a tax-deductible professional development expense. Check with your tax accountant based on your current situation.

The “Can the company pay for my coaching?” conversation

We prepared answers for common questions and concerns by decision-makers regarding the funding of your coaching.

Our Approach

  • Conscious Reflection

We ask thought-provoking questions that challenge assumptions and expand possibilities and run through tools that engage different parts of your brain.

  • New perspectives

We help you see challenges through new lenses. Sometimes all you need is to view the chessboard from the other side of the table.

  • Blind spot detection

We compassionately highlight what you can't see. Because everyone has blind spots.

  • Belief Archaeology

We excavate the limiting beliefs that have settled into the foundation of your leadership. Then we examine if they're still serving you.

  • Habit Reconstruction

Because replacing an established pattern takes more than good intentions – it requires deliberate practice and structured support.
